Baltaş was founded in 1983 and aims to procure
development and transformation while prioritizing
management, training, consultancy, boosting individual and
corporate productivity and personal, as well as
organizational responsibility. The company effectively
operates with the purpose of achieving a notable change in
habits and measurable results in the business world. It
has a unique approach that finds its basis in the Turkish
people’s cultural characteristics and way of thinking. It
offers training programs aimed at augmenting the
efficiency of organizations and employees alike and
develops services and projects for improving corporate
performance.
- All training
programs and services reflect the fundamental training
concepts and values of Baltaş. They are created by the
Baltaş team, and all pertinent responsibility and
copyrights are held by Baltaş.
- The programs
and application materials are developed at Baltaş’s R&D
department. Trainer manuals are created so as to attain
conformance of all training programs with Baltaş
standards, and Baltaş trainers employ a common language
and interpretation while presenting the programs.
- The training
results are measured in five levels: the efficiency of
the program results are tracked with a measuring
process, conducted at a minimum of 3 levels (first
impression, knowledge, skills and behavior), and, when
practicable with regard to the data of the organization
receiving training, at 5 levels ( e.g. business results,
return on investment).
- Training
programs offered by Baltaş are based on adult learning
principles, expertise on neuropsychological knowledge,
and findings related to the functions of the human
brain.
